Red curry ice cream
Ice cream seasoned with Kumar's Curry Paste for Red Curry, a particularly delicious combination with grilled pineapple.
What a unique recipe! Have you ever made ice cream with red curry paste? Give it a try; this recipe is incredibly simple. A delicious dessert that combines Kumar's with warm spices like star anise and cinnamon. Kumar's isn't just for hot dishes; you can also use it to flavor cold dishes.
Preparation
Mix the ice cream with Kumar's Curry Paste for Red Curry.
Cut the pineapple into slices of approximately ½ cm thick and grill on both sides.
For the sauce, bring the star anise, cinnamon and pepper berries to the boil with the coconut milk and mango puree.
Roast the pistachios and crush them.
Serve the pineapple and warm sauce with the ice cream and garnish with gooseberries, blueberries and fresh mint.
