RECONSTRUCTED - Stir-fry dish with Ayam Kecap

Preparation

Blanch the mini corn, bimi and green asparagus until al dente and rinse under cold water.

Cut the tempeh into the desired shape.

Fry the onions and tempeh in the sunflower oil.

Add the blanched vegetables and fry for 1 minute.

Add the Kumar's Bumbu Paste for Ayam Kecap, fry for 2 minutes and scoop the vegetarian stir-fry onto a plate.

Garnish with bean sprouts.
