Roast beef rolls with sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and finely chop the red onion. Combine the World Spice Blend - Chimichurri with the olive oil, white wine vinegar, and chopped red onion to make a dressing.
Halve the sun-dried tomatoes lengthwise and divide them over the roast beef slices together with the arugula.
Then roll up the roast beef and cut it diagonally in half.
Serve the roast beef rolls with the chimichurri dressing.
