Smashburger with coleslaw

Fancy a burger night? Go for these smash burgers! These burgers are made with ground beans and are incredibly easy to make. The crunch of the coleslaw and the tang of the pickles make this smash burger full of flavor. A delicious meal for any day!
Preparation
Coarsely chop the flat-leaf parsley and mix with half the mayonnaise, the cabbage and carrot mix, black pepper, and sea salt. Separate the roe and wash under running water.
Prepare the Knead & Ready Plant Burgers – Classic Spiced according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat half the olive oil in a pan, place the burgers in the pan, and flatten them with a spatula. Cook for 7 minutes. Flip them halfway through cooking and top with cheddar cheese.
Meanwhile, heat another pan with the remaining olive oil and toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
Mix the remaining mayonnaise with the Guilt Free - Tomato Ketchup.
Spread half of the ketchup and mayonnaise on the hamburger buns and top with the coleslaw, smashed burgers, pickle slices, and roe lettuce. Serve the smashed burgers with the remaining ketchup and mayonnaise.

- 2 el olijfolie
- 4 plakken cheddarkaas
- 4 brioche hamburger broodjes
- 2 el Guilt Free - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g augurk plakken
