RENOVATED - Smokey pumpkin
Smokey pumpkin filled with minced meat and seasoned with smoky paprika and Crispy Breading.
Pumpkin stuffed with juicy ground meat, subtly seasoned with smoky paprika and finished with a crunchy layer of Crispy Breading. A dish full of rich and warm flavors.
Preparation
Halve the pumpkin and remove the pumpkin seeds.
Remove the skin from the pumpkin.
Hollow out the pumpkins a little so that you can fill this part with minced meat later.
Mix the minced meat with the water, the Budget binding vero and Pulled pork smokey paprika spices.
Divide the minced meat over the pumpkins and place it in the hollowed out part.
Insert the skewers into the side of the pumpkin, allowing for a distance of about a finger's width between the skewers.
Place the pumpkins in an oven dish and garnish with Crispy Breading Spicy Tomato.
Cook the Smokey Pumpkin in the oven at 160ºC until a core temperature of 72ºC is reached.
