Sous vide cooked Tikka drumsticks
These tikka drumsticks are easily prepared sous-vide at 85 ºC for 100 minutes.
Tikka drumsticks prepared with Classic Tikka sauce in a sous-vide portion bag. Combine all ingredients and fill the vacuum-sealed bag. Then cook for 100 minutes at 85°C.
Preparation
Clean the green beans, crush the garlic, cut the onion into half rings and the chestnut mushrooms into quarters.
Mix the ground curry with the Binding DS and the salt, season the drumsticks with it.
Add the vegetables and Tikka sauce and mix thoroughly.
Fill the vacuum cooking bag with the tikka drumsticks.
Vacuum seal and cook for 100 minutes at 85 ºC in a steamer or hot water bath.
Cool quickly.

- 20 g Kerrie gemalen (artnr 020078)
- 1 kg drumsticks zonder vel
- 5 g zout
- 150 g ui
- 3 st knoflooktenen
- 200 g sperziebonen
- 200 g kastanje champignons
- 1 st vacuüm kookzak
