Sous-vide cooked pork cheeks
Sous-vide cooked pork cheeks, seasoned with Kodor and served with a rich wild pepper sauce.

Preparation
Mix the Kodor herbs with the Binding DS and season the pork cheeks.
Place the spiced pork cheeks in the vacuum cooking bag, add the Gourmet wild pepper sauce and vacuum seal.
Cook the pork cheeks sous-vide at 75ºC for 12 hours.
Cool the pork cheeks back in the refrigerator to 4ºC.
