Spaghetti bolognese
Classic spaghetti bolognese with onion and grated cheese. Delicious in its simplicity!
A good spaghetti bolognese—we're fans! A heaping plate of spaghetti with a rich sauce of ground meat, tomato, garlic, and onion, topped with grated cheese. Super easy to make and ready in just 20 minutes. This recipe is on our menu almost every week.
Preparation
Heat a large pan of water and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the ground beef with the garlic and onion for 3 minutes, or until translucent. Add the peeled tomatoes and the Macaroni & Spaghetti Mix. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the sauce starts to simmer gently.
Serve the spaghetti with the bolognese sauce and grated cheese.
Variatietip
Vervang het rundergehakt door vegetarisch gehakt voor een vegetarische variant. Bak het vegetarische gehakt volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.

- 1 teen knoflook
- 1 ui
- 1 el olijfolie
- 300 g rundergehakt
- 400 g gepelde tomaten
- 1 zakje Mix voor Macaroni & Spaghetti
- 200 g geraspte jong belegen kaas
