Spicy halloumi skewers
These golden-brown, fried halloumi skewers seasoned with a spicy honey marinade are a true taste sensation. Served with a fresh spinach salad bursting with color and crunch, they're sure to tantalize all your taste buds!
Bereidingswijze
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices and halve them lengthwise. Thread them onto skewers. Mix the chili flakes with the honey.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi for 7 minutes, turning it over halfway through cooking and adding the honey marinade.
Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix the spinach with the pomegranate seeds, garlic croutons, and cherry tomatoes.
Divide the halloumi skewers over a plate and serve with the spinach salad.
