Spinach mash with chipolata sausages
Spinach mash with fried mushrooms and chipolata sausages.
Spinach mash with a stir-fry of red onion, mushrooms, and chipolata sausages. Seasoned with the Spinach Mashed Potato Mix, a mix with warm notes of garlic and pepper.
Preparation
Peel, halve and boil the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until done.
Cut the red onions into half rings, cut the mushrooms into quarters and cut the sausages into pieces.
Heat a wok with the oil and stir-fry the red onion, mushrooms and sausages over high heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the spinach in batches until it has wilted.
Drain the potatoes, add the milk and the Mix for Mashed Potatoes - Spinach packet, and mash until smooth. Add the stir-fry mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Variatietip
Vervang de chipolata worstjes eens voor een gekookt ei. Hierdoor heb je gelijk een vegetarische variant.
