Spinach mash with chipolata sausages

Have you ever made mashed potatoes with spinach? This recipe proves how simple and delicious it is! The Spinach Mash Mix adds extra flavor. We give the Dutch mashed potatoes an Italian twist by adding chipolata sausages.
Preparation
Peel and halve the potatoes. Boil them in a pan of water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
Peel and cut the red onions into half rings and the mushrooms and chipolata sausages into wedges.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the red onion, mushrooms, and chipolata sausages over high heat for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Add the fresh spinach in batches until wilted.
Drain the potatoes, add the milk and the Mix for Mashed Potatoes with Spinach, and mash until smooth. Add the red onion, mushrooms, chipolata sausages, and spinach and mix well.
Divide the mashed potatoes among the plates.
