Preparation
Season the mashed potatoes with the Stamppot spices.
Clean the apples, pears and onions and cut into cubes.
Fry the onion, deglaze with white wine and add the apples and pears.
Let it stew until half of the apple and pear have been reduced to a puree.
Mix the stewed onion, apple, pear and raisins through the mashed potatoes.
Fry the bacon cubes and mix them with the hot lightning.
