CLEARED - Mash Pot Ancient Carrot
Create a colorful stew by cooking the ancient carrots from light to dark until al dente!
Go Dutch Stamppot! The classic concept, inspired by global flavor variations.
Preparation
Season the mashed potatoes with the Stamppot spices.
Peel the carrots, wild carrots and parsnips and cut into cubes.
Peel the shallot and cut into half rings.
Fry the shallot, add the carrot and water, and stew until al dente.
Cook the carrots and parsnips until tender, one color at a time, from light to dark. (This will result in a colorful mashed potato instead of a dull one.)
Mix all the vegetables through the mashed potatoes.
Garnish with the Decoratiemix France.
