Mashed spinach with celeriac and cauliflower
Richly filled stew full of vegetables.
This richly filled spinach mash with celeriac and cauliflower is packed with vegetables and is deliciously seasoned with the Mix for Mashed Potato - Spinach.
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Clean the celeriac and cut into cubes.
Bring a pan of ample water to a boil. Add the celeriac. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower. Cook the vegetables for another 10 minutes, until tender. Drain the vegetables and let them steam dry.
Heat a wok pan with the (olive) oil. Wok the spinach until it has wilted.
Mash the cauliflower and celeriac into a purée. Mix the fried spinach into the cauliflower and celeriac purée. Add the milk and the Mash Mix - Spinach and stir until well combined.
