Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Strip the basil leaves and roughly chop half of them. Mix the chopped basil into the tomato passata along with half of the World Spice Blend-Napoli.
Slice half the zucchini using a mandolin or cheese slicer.
Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a square shape. Spread half of the tomato sauce over the crust. Top the pizza crust with the zucchini slices, chorizo, and grated mozzarella.
Roll up the pizza base and spread the remaining World Spice Blend-Napoli over the dough. Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Cut the Stromboli pizza into equal 2cm pieces and scatter the basil leaves over them.
Serve the Stromboli pizza with the remaining tomato sauce.
