Tagliatelle with shrimp and cherry tomatoes
A creamy tagliatelle with shrimps, tasty, simple and healthy.
This quick tagliatelle with shrimp, zucchini and cherry tomatoes can be prepared in no time.
Preparation
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package directions. If desired, thaw the peeled shrimp according to the package directions.
Cut the zucchini in half and the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Finely chop the shallot and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a wok. Sauté the shallot and garlic. Add the shrimp and zucchini and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Add the cooking cream, World Spice Blend - Napoli, and season with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve the tagliatelle with the shrimp and zucchini mixture. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes, arugula, and grated Parmesan cheese.

- 75 g rucola
- 1 courgette
- 200 ml kookroom of slagroom
- 300 g (verse) tagliatelle
- 75 g Parmezaanse kaas
- 1 sjalot
- 2 tenen knoflook
- 2 el World Spice Blend - Napoli
- 2 el olijfolie
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
- Zeezout, naar smaak
