Tex Mex tacos with pulled oyster mushroom
Serve with tomato salsa, guacamole, crème fraîche and fresh coriander.

Preparation
Cut out the wraps to the desired size.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and pick the oyster mushrooms.
Fry the oyster mushrooms, red onion, and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans and fry for a few minutes.
Season everything with the Tex Mex spices.
Cut the avocado into strips and heat the tacos
Fill the tacos with iceberg lettuce, the fried vegetables, garnish with tomato salsa, guacamole, crème fraîche and grated cheddar.
