Tortilla wraps with salmon and pineapple salsa
Lunch dish of tortilla wraps with spiced salmon and a fresh cucumber-pineapple salsa.
Tortilla wraps with spiced salmon and cucumber-pineapple salsa. A delicious, quick lunch for any weekday or weekend.
Preparation
Cut the drained pineapple slices and cucumber into small, fine cubes. Combine these in a bowl with the lime juice, 1 tablespoon of cilantro leaves, 1 tablespoon of World Spice Blend - Jamaican Jerk, and the crème fraîche.
Cut the fresh salmon into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a wok. Add the salmon cubes and 1 tablespoon of World Spice Blend - Jamaican Jerk and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with sea salt to taste, if desired.
Heat the tortilla wraps according to the package directions. Top each wrap with iceberg lettuce. Divide the cucumber-pineapple salsa and seasoned salmon cubes over the wraps. Serve immediately.

- 50 g ijsbergsla
- ½ komkommer
- 1 limoen
- 4 ananasschijven op sap (blik of vers)
- 2 el crème fraîche
- 2 el World Spice Blend - Jamaican Jerk
- 1 el Korianderblad
- 2 el olijfolie
- Zeezout, naar smaak
