Traybake with spicy chicken drumsticks

A typical AVG, but with a spicy edge! Delicious with our Spicy Touch Blend Red Pepper seasoning. Because the spices are mixed with the yogurt to form a marinade, the heat is reduced. Add the remaining red pepper seasoning at the end, allowing you to control the spice level!
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the potato, tomato, and onion into wedges. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into 1 cm strips.
Mix half of the Spicy Touch Blend - Red Pepper with the yogurt and spread over the chicken drumsticks. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, cook the potatoes for 7 minutes until al dente and drain.
Arrange the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, green bell peppers, and chicken drumsticks in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and thyme and place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Check to see if the chicken is cooked through. If not, leave the traybake in the oven for longer.
Divide the potatoes, vegetables, and chicken drumsticks among plates. Sprinkle the remaining Spicy Touch Blend - Red Pepper over the dish to taste.
