Udon noodles with shrimp

These delicious udon noodles with Asian vegetables and succulent garlic shrimp are seasoned with nasi & bami spices. A quick and flavorful dish that beautifully showcases the various textures and flavors.

Looking for a quick and flavorful dish? Get started with these udon noodles! We serve them with Asian vegetables like bok choy and sugar snaps, and top them off with succulent garlic shrimp. Prefer a vegetarian dish? Swap the garlic shrimp for tofu!

Trim the bottom of the bok choy and cut it into 3 cm pieces. Clean the sugar snaps. Remove the stem from the red pepper and slice it into rings along with the scallions.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the sugar snaps for 3 minutes until al dente. Remove the sugar snaps from the pot and prepare the udon noodles in the sugar snaps' water according to the package directions.

Heat half the sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the bok choy, sugar snaps, half the red pepper, and half the spring onion for 3 minutes. Add the udon noodles and World Spice Meal - Nasi & Bami and stir.

Meanwhile, heat another pan with the remaining sunflower oil and fry the shrimp for 6 minutes. Coarsely chop the peanuts.

Divide the udon noodles and shrimp among the plates and garnish with the chopped peanuts and the remaining red pepper and spring onion.
