Pork roast with pumpkin spice
Juicy pork roast seasoned with pumpkin spice and beetroot.
Make this succulent pork roast, subtly seasoned with pumpkin spice and enhanced with the savory notes of beetroot and dried apple. A dish full of warm, authentic flavors.
Preparation
Cut the pork fillet open lengthwise.
Season the meat with the Rollade mix and the Pumpkin spice herbs.
Chop the dried apple into small pieces and mix it with the beetroot cubes.
Place the roast in an oven dish.
Divide the dried apple and beetroot cubes over the roast.
Present the roulade at the counter.
Prepare the roast in the oven at 160ºC until a core temperature of 63ºC is reached.
Present in the counter with mashed potatoes and beetroot.
For the roast, you can also use pork neck, although the cooking process will be different.
Prepare the roast in the oven at 160ºC until a core temperature of 72ºC is reached.

- 15 g Rollade mix fijn pure (Artlnr. 056401)
- 4 g Pumpkin spice kruiden fijn zonder zout pure (Artnr. 1165766)
- 200 g rodebietenblokjes gekookt
- 100 g appel (gedroogd)
