Pork tenderloin skewers with mango and satay sauce
Flavorful pork tenderloin skewers of sweet marinated pork combined with mango and bell pepper. Perfect for the BBQ!
Make flavorful skewers of sweet marinated pork combined with mango and bell pepper. You can make the sweet marinade yourself with ingredients you often already have in your pantry—it's so easy! Delicious with the creamy, rich flavor of satay sauce and the tangy salad with a spicy edge.
Preparation
Make the marinade by combining the World Spice Blends - Garam Masala with the ketjap, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and oil. Stir well. Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces approximately 1.5 cm by 4 cm. Place in the marinade.
Peel the mango and roughly chop it along with the bell peppers. Thread a bell pepper, mango, and pork tenderloin onto the skewer alternately. Repeat this three times or until the skewer is full.
Slice the cucumber and radish, and thinly slice the red onion and red pepper. Pick the mint and parsley leaves from the stems and finely chop. Combine everything and toss the salad well.
Make a dressing by combining the vinegar, lemon juice, and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Grill the pork tenderloin skewers for about 10 minutes on the barbecue or in a grill pan over medium heat. Prepare the satay sauce according to the package directions. Serve the pork tenderloin skewers with the salad and satay sauce (ready-made).
