Mexico is part of Latin America, and Mexican cuisine is therefore also featured in this year's Verstegen BBQ inspiration. The delicious Hamburger Mix was used for this vegetarian "mushroom triangle." The Texas Spice Mix then brings you into a Latin American atmosphere.

Preparation

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces to the desired size and texture.

Mix the Vegan Binding Mix with the Hamburger Mix 30, sunflower oil, and the cut mushrooms until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Form patties of approximately 90 grams and shape them in a triangular burger press. Press mushroom slices into the burger and then press it again.

Dip the edges of the burger in the Steakmix Texas spices.

Allow the burger to set for 3 hours before sale.

Bake the Vegan Mushroom Triangle over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes until cooked through.
