This vegan cauliflower pizza is perfect for a quick meal on a busy day. The paprika spices give the pizza sauce a richer flavor, while the oregano and basil add an Italian touch to the artichokes.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F). Cut the bell peppers into 1 cm strips and remove the seeds. Peel and halve the red onion and slice into half rings. Quarter the artichoke hearts.
Divide the basil and half of the oregano over the artichoke hearts.
Mix the mild paprika powder with the pizza sauce and spread it over the pizza bases. Top the bases with the artichoke hearts, red onion, bell pepper, and olive slices.
Bake the pizza bases for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with the remaining oregano and serve.
