Preparation
Cut the zucchini into thick half-slices and the mushrooms into wedges. Peel the red onion and cut it into quarters.
Prepare the Knead and Ready Convenience Balls - Classic Spiced according to the instructions on the package, but do not bake them.
Finely chop the flat-leaf parsley and mix with the olive oil, black pepper, and sea salt. Divide over the zucchini, mushrooms, and red onion.
