Vegetarian spring rolls
Quick vegetarian spring rolls that can be prepared in both the oven and the air fryer. Delicious dipped in Guilt-Free Sweet Chili, a delicious chili sauce with no added sugar.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the filo pastry sheets from the freezer.
Slice the leek into thin rings. Rinse.
Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain.
Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the leeks for 3 minutes. Add the carrot julienne and fry for another minute. Add the World Spice Meal - Nasi & Bami and the mie noodles and stir.
Place 2 tablespoons of the noodle mixture in a corner of one sheet of filo pastry. Moisten the edges of the filo pastry with a little water and fold the corner where the noodles are located over the noodles. Then fold the outer corners inwards and roll up the filo pastry to form a spring roll. Repeat this until you run out of sheets.
Place the spring rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve the spring rolls with the Guilt Free - Sweet Chili.

Voeg wanneer de loempia’s niet vegetarisch hoeven te zijn hamblokjes toe met het bakken van de prei. Bereidingstip: De loempia’s zijn ook in de airfryer te bereiden op 180 °C voor 8-10 minuten.
