Preparation
Add the eggs, cooking cream and pepper to a bowl and mix with a whisk until combined.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, heat a pan with half of the sunflower oil, fry the Chinese wok vegetables for 4 minutes and add the World Spice Meal - Noodles seasoning and fry for 3 minutes.
Heat a pan with the remaining sunflower oil and fry half of the egg mixture for 4 minutes until completely set. Roll the egg and slice it. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
Divide the noodles among plates and top with the omelet strips. Garnish with the cashews.
Variatietip
Voor een koolhydraatarme variant van dit gerecht vervang je de noedels door courgette spaghetti. Deze worden met de wokgroenten meegebakken.
