A quick vegetarian pizza! This vegetarian pizza with mozzarella and grilled vegetables is ideal as a quick meal or a snack with drinks.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Dice the bell peppers and slice the red onion into half rings. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and thinly slice. Slice the mozzarella in half.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan. Add the sieved tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of World Spice Blend - Napoli. Stir gently over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the remaining World Spice Blend - Napoli. Add the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini and toss well to distribute the mixture evenly throughout the vegetables.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza and top with the mozzarella halves. Arrange the vegetables over the mozzarella. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve immediately.
