RENOVATED - Vegetarian shashlik
Vegetarian skewers with mushrooms and peppers.
Vegetarian Shaslick. The cultures of the Caribbean are reflected in this year's Latin American BBQ inspiration. The Vegetarian Shaslick is deliciously seasoned with minced meat seasoning.
Preparation
Mix the binding mix with the minced meat herbs, salt, mushrooms and World Grill - Argentina Fire into a homogeneous mass.
Vacuum seal the dough and flatten it, let it rest in the refrigerator for several hours.
Freeze the vacuum-packed dough and then roll it through the 4.5 mm plate.
Form balls of about 25 grams.
Thread the balls onto a gun-shaped Bamboostick, alternating with pieces of pepper and onion, and finish with a mushroom.
Cook the Vegetarian Shaslick over a medium heat for about 6 minutes.
