Fish parcel with salmon from the barbecue
Fresh spiced salmon fillet wrapped in aluminum foil.
A deliciously seasoned salmon fillet in a fish parcel with cherry tomatoes and lemon, wrapped in aluminum foil and grilled on the barbecue. Perfect for a sunny barbecue.
Preparation
Cut the fresh salmon fillet into four equal-sized pieces. Thinly slice the lemon.
Place one salmon fillet in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil. Repeat for the remaining salmon fillets. Season the salmon fillet with the Salmon Mix. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on top of the salmon. Seal the fish parcels tightly to prevent any air from escaping.
Light the barbecue. Place the folded fish parcels on the barbecue and grill for about 8 to 12 minutes, or until pink or well done, to your liking. Serve immediately.
