Fish stew with cod and salmon
A deliciously creamy fish stew served with some bread to dip in the sauce!
The word "creamy" is enough to make your mouth water. This delicious oven-baked dish is made with various types of fish and a cream sauce. It's a lovely dish to share at the table and delicious served with bread for dipping in the sauce!
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the carrots and slice the leek into half rings.
Heat a pan with the oil and fry the onion, carrots and leek for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Deglaze with the white wine and add the cooking cream, fish sauce, Fish Mix, black pepper and sea salt.
Mix the cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of water and add.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Cut the cod and salmon into equal pieces.
Divide this over the oven dish and pour the sauce over the fish.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve with the dill, bread and lemon wedges.
