Carrot wraps with halloumi and grilled pepper
This wrap is perfect for lunch. It's nutritious, but not too heavy.
Carrot wraps with halloumi and grilled bell pepper are the perfect lunch dish when you're craving a filling yet light lunch. The flavor of the garam masala-spiced halloumi is even more pronounced when combined with the sweetness of the grilled bell pepper.
Preparation
Cut the grilled pepper and halloumi into 1 cm thick strips.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Spread the World Spice Blend - Garam Masala over the goat cheese and bake for 8 minutes, turning regularly, until golden brown.
Spread the vegan cream cheese over the wraps and top with the grilled bell pepper and halloumi. Fold the wraps closed and serve.
