Wraps with beef kofta and yoghurt-mint dip
Quick wraps with beef kofta, hummus and a fresh salad.
A quick lunch of wraps with beef kofta, hummus, and a fresh salad with tomato and feta. Serve with homemade yogurt and mint dip, if desired.
Preparation
Mix the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, and World Spice Blend - Vadouvan. Season with sea salt to taste. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll into bars about 8 cm long. Insert a skewer into each kofta.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Grill the kofta until cooked through.
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and bell pepper and slice the red onion into half rings. Halve the olives. Crumble the feta and mix everything in a bowl with oregano and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Make the tangy yogurt dip with mint.
Heat the durum tortillas. Spread the wraps with hummus to taste. Arrange the salad in the center of the wrap. Remove the skewers and place two pieces of kofta on each wrap. Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling and tuck the sides in. Serve with the mint yogurt dip.

- 200 g hummus, naar keuze
- 1 el World Spice Blend - Vadouvan
- 25 g paneermeel
- 2 el olijfolie
- Zeezout, naar smaak
- Voor de salade:
- 2 tomaten
- 1 groene paprika
- 1 rode ui
- 50 g groene olijven
- 75 g feta
- 1 tl Oregano
- 2 el olijfolie
- Yoghurt-munt dip
