Salmon with a delicious, creamy sauce can never go wrong! The white pepper sauce complements the flavor of the fatty salmon perfectly. It's also easy to make and delicious served with, for example, oven-baked potatoes. This dish is sure to please everyone!

Preparation

1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock and 2.5 teaspoons of ground white pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce until the sauce has the consistency of yogurt. Add the cream and salt and keep warm over low heat.

2

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven.

3

Add the white pepper sauce to a bowl and sprinkle with the remaining ground white pepper. Serve the salmon fillet with the sauce and sprinkle with dill.
