Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Finely chop the (chestnut) mushrooms and onion.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the Italian Ground Beef Mix, the egg, chestnut mushrooms, and the onion. Mix well.
Grease a loaf pan with butter. Spread the minced meat evenly over the prepared pan and press firmly into place.
Bake the homemade meatloaf for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through. The meat is done when it reaches an internal temperature of around 75ºC.
After baking, let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before removing it from the pan. Serve the meatloaf with Guilt Free Tomato Ketchup to taste.

Het is ook erg lekker om een bol mozzarella in stukjes te snijden en dit toe te voegen aan het gehakt.
