Preparation
Peel the sweet potatoes, wash them, and cut them into equal 3 by 3 cm pieces. Cook the sweet potatoes in a pan with the stew vegetables in plenty of boiling water for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
Mix the ground meat with an egg and the bag of Ground Meat Mix – Butcher's Recipe. Form small meatballs, about the size of a ping-pong ball. Heat half the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Add a little water for gravy if needed.
Drain the potatoes and sweet potato stew vegetables and mash them with the remaining butter. Roughly chop the celery and stir it into the sweet potato stew. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Ladle the stew onto plates, arrange the meatballs, and make a well for the gravy, if desired.

- Zeezout, naar smaak
