Authentic Bearnaise Sauce - Cup

• Microwave: Remove the seal and heat the container for 12-15 sec. at approx. 800 Watts.

  Pan: Heat the sauce while stirring in a pan over low heat.

  Bain-marie: Heat the unopened cup for approx. 3 min. in a pan with hot water. Do not boil.
