Burrito spice mix (2 persons) - Bag

Ingredients (for 2 people): 250 g (vegetarian) mince/chicken (thigh) fillet, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 red onion, 1 bell pepper, 4 tortilla wraps, 75 g corn, 100 g kidney beans, 100 g iceberg lettuce, 75 g crème fraîche, 100 g grated mature cheese. Preparation: finely chop the onion and dice the bell pepper. Sauté the onion in oil, add the meat and brown it. Stir in the spice mix and add the bell pepper, corn, and kidney beans. Meanwhile, heat the tortillas according to the instructions. Fill the tortillas with the burrito filling and finish to taste with iceberg lettuce, grated cheese, and crème fraîche.
