Herb mix for Italian Lasagna (2 persons) - Bag

Ingredients (for 2 people): 250 g (vegetarian) minced meat, 6 lasagna sheets, 1 white onion, 200 g chopped tomatoes, 200 g Italian stir-fry vegetables, 200 ml milk, 1 tbsp oil, butter, 150 g grated cheese. Preparation: preheat the oven to 200°C. Chop the onion and sauté in a frying pan with oil. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown. Add the Italian stir-fry vegetables and cook along. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and herb mix. Add milk and simmer gently for approx. 3 min. Grease an oven dish with butter and layer the lasagna. Start and end with a layer of lasagna sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the lasagna in the oven for approx. 30 min. until golden brown.
