Herb mix for Pasta Carbonara (2 persons) - Bag

Ingredients (2 pers.): 75 g bacon strips, 250 g mushrooms, 75 ml white wine or broth, 200 g heavy cream, 200 g pasta, grated parmesan.

Preparation: quarter the mushrooms. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Fry the bacon strips, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Deglaze with white wine or broth, add the cream and the herb mix. Bring the sauce to a boil and mix in the pasta. Serve immediately and add parmesan to taste.
