Mexican Taco Seasoning Mix - Spreader large

Ingredients (for 4 people): 500 g minced meat, approx. 4 tbsp (35 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 100 ml water, 8 taco shells, 1 red onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 200 g iceberg lettuce, 125 g crème fraîche. Preparation: cut the onion into half rings and the tomato and cucumber into cubes and set aside. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the (olive) oil and brown the minced meat in approx. 10 min. Add the Verstegen mix and 100 ml water and stir. Let the minced meat cook for another 5 min over low heat. Meanwhile, heat the taco shells according to the instructions on the package. Fill the taco shells with the minced meat and add the onion, tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and crème fraîche to taste. Variation tip: add grated cheese as an extra topping and/or make your taco nice and spicy with jalapeño peppers.
