Natural red pepper extract with 3300 coloring units (color pigments). Made water-soluble through emulsion formation and spray drying, thus preserving the characteristic flavor and aroma.

Primarily used for color. It falls into the category of "coloring ingredients" and is therefore not considered a food coloring. It is used, for example, in steak tartare.
