Preparation
Cut all vegetables into coarse brunoise.
Mix the Middle East - Gamsa Medina with the Binding DS and add to the vegetables.
Add the Italian Herb and Tomato Sauce and peanuts, mix thoroughly and season with salt.
Place the mixture in the vacuum cooking bag and vacuum seal.
Cook the vacuum-packed vegetable stew in the steamer for 40 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
Cool back down.
Heat the Arabic vegetable stew in a saucepan over low heat.

- 200g Paprika (kleur naar keuze)
- 150g Zoete aardappel (heel)
- 50g Rozijnen
- 1 Vacuumkookzak
- Zout (naar smaak)
- 50g Pinda's
- 20g Verstegen Gamsa Medina 280 gram jar (artikelnr. 821981) GESANEERD
- 20g Verstegen binding ds 475 g pot (artikelnr. 371274)
- 750g Verstegen Pure Italiaanse kruiden en tomatensaus 2700 g emmer (artikelnr. 116702)
