Avocado toast with salmon and egg
A delicious avocado toast with salmon and egg, perfect for lunch!
Start your day deliciously with this avocado toast with salmon and egg. Extra delicious thanks to the Ras el Hanout herb and spice mix!
Preparation
Mix 4 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout.
Using a brush, spread the marinade on one side of the thick slices of bread.
Grill in a toaster or dry grill pan until brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, prepare the eggs to your preference (such as poached, soft- or hard-boiled, or fried).
Finely chop the red onion. Pit the avocados and mash them. Mix the mashed avocados with the red onion, the juice of 1/2 lime, and 2 teaspoons of World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout.
Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
Top with the salmon slices and an egg. Add salt to taste, if desired.
