Preparation

Chop the shallot and roughly chop the wild mushrooms.

Fry the shallot and add the wild mushrooms.

Deglaze with water, add the Mushroom Sauce and cooking cream and bring to the boil.

Season further with the French Mediterranean herbs.

- 75 g sjalot
- 450 g water
- 150 g kookroom
