A simple and delicious lunch for when you want something different than a sandwich: a meatball sandwich with mustard. Season the ground meat with Meatball Mix. Fry the meatballs in a pan until golden brown and place them on a soft white roll. Top the meatball sandwich with a sauce of your choice; our favorite for this lunch is mustard. Then all you have to do is enjoy your lunch!

Combine the ground meat with the Ground Meat Mix, the egg, and the breadcrumbs. Form the meat into 4 equal balls.

Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the meatballs over medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Cut the white ends open and spread the mustard over the inside of the rolls. Slice the meatballs and arrange them on top of the mustard along with the lamb's lettuce.

Variatietip

Vervang het rundergehakt door vegetarisch gehakt voor een vegetarische variatie op dit recept. Voeg hier 1 el Mix voor Gehakt aan toe en bak dit rondom bruin en gaar.

  • 30 g paneermeel

  • 4 zachte witte puntjes
  • 2 el grof gemalen mosterd
  • 20 g veldsla
