Couscous with carrot, zucchini, bell pepper and red onion
This couscous is a warm dish with vegetables and World Spice Meal – Couscous, ideal for a quick meal that still feels filling.
Preparation
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package and set aside covered.
Cut the vegetables into equal pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the vegetables until they are cooked and lightly colored.
Add World Spice Meal – Couscous and mix well so that the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
Mix the couscous through the vegetables.
Serve immediately and garnish with goat cheese if desired.
