A crème brûlée made with beetroot.

Preparation

Cook all ingredients except the egg yolks.

Add the boiling composition to the egg yolks, heat briefly, pass through and allow to cool.

Place the mixture in crème brûlée dishes and bake in a convection oven at 95 ºC for 25 minutes.

Allow to cool and use as crème brûlée.

- 3,75 dl eidooier
- 65 g poedersuiker
- Verstegen Zout
