Egg salad with chives

Variatietip
Als extra toevoeging in de salade, kunnen er uitgebakken spekjes aan toegevoegd worden. Bak deze met 1 el olijfolie in 6 minuten krokant, laat de spekjes vervolgens afkoelen in een zeef. Meng deze met de mayonaise en bieslook door de eieren heen.
