Grilled halloumi skewers with herb oil.
A delicious vegetarian skewer for the barbecue. These skewers are made with halloumi, mushrooms, bell pepper, and red onion. Delicious with homemade herb oil.
Preparation
Cut the bell pepper in half, the onion into thick rings and the halloumi into 12 cubes.
Thread 2 mushrooms, 2 pieces of bell pepper, 3 pieces of halloumi and some red onion onto 4 skewers each.
Combine the olive oil with the basil, oregano, freshly ground black pepper, and sea salt and sprinkle some of it over the skewers. Grill the skewers on all sides until cooked through.
Serve the skewers with the remaining herb oil and bread of your choice.

- 4 snackpaprika’s
- 8 kleine (kastanje) champignons
- 1 rode ui
- 200 g halloumi
- 75 ml olijfolie
- 1 el Basilicum
- 1 el Oregano
- Zwarte Peper Zeezout molen
